Nope the mail server does not add it. Most users use it by practice. If the question is regarding Axis2 you are advised to add the Axis2 prefix (not required to). Thats the reason that some mails have the prefix and some dont. Nothing to do with the mail server.
May be your point is that you would like that mail server to add a Axis prefix. But the list is for both Axis2 and Axis related discussions. Thanks, Keith.
