Hi Rupal, The link was fixed as for me and when I go to the page http://ws.apache.org/axis2/tools/index.html and when I clicked on the codegen plugin, I was directed to the the mirror page with http://www.apache.org/dyn/mirrors/mirrors.cgi/ws/axis2/tools/1_3/axis2-eclipse-codegen-wizard.ziplink and it works.
