try replacing
call.setOperationName(new QName("http://tempuri.org";,
"CelsiusToFahrenheit"));
with
call.setOperationName(new QName(endpoint, "CelsiusToFahrenheit"));
(ie) pass the endpoint as a parameter to QName class
