I am trying to find out which properties files do I need to create to set connection properties like timeouts, max connections etc. in. I am trying to use CommonsHTTPSender for http transport so I can do digest authentication. I get a connection reset exception with default connection properties. When I replace the line in the CommonsHTTPSender where it gets HttpClient instance
HttpClient httpClient = new HttpClient(this.connectionManager); with HttpClient httpClient = new HttpClient(); I no longer get the SocketException with connection reset. So I am thinking that default connection properties are to blame. Can someone point me to where I can set these properties (which file, property names etc.) so CommonsHTTPSender won't use defaults? My environment details: Axis 1.4, HttpClient 3.1, Tomcat 5.5.16, Java 1.5 My web service client application is within a commercial portal application thats installed on Tomcat. Thanks. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
