I gave you some useful key terms. If you don't know what they mean I would recommmend buying some books about it. These tools should be used by every programmer.
For deploying my war file to tomcat I use the following command: mvn tomcat:deploy But that won't help you. That's why I gave you the terms which explain the ideas for you.
