You can configure proxy dinamically for each client independently using:

            ProxyProperties proxyProperties = new ProxyProperties();
            proxyProperties.setDomain("102.12.12.12");
            proxyProperties.setProxyPort(80);
            proxyProperties.setUserName("user");
            proxyProperties.setPassWord("pass");

            stub._getServiceClient().getOptions().setProperty(
HTTPConstants.PROXY, proxyProperties);
