Attachement using SAAJ

Hi,
       I am trying to send two attachements along with request . i need to send 
this in the followig format
   
   
     <order>
       <item></item>
       <size></size>
       <attachments>
            <xyz>
                 <image></liquid>
                 <data></data>
              </xyz>
            <xyz1>
                 <image></image>
                 <data></data>
              </xyz1>
      </attachements>
    </order>
   
             how can i send attachements in the above format
