Thanks for your reply. I am not sure if you are implying setting the Transport 
In would solve the problem with Transport Out. I tried your suggestion...but 
did not work :(

I am thinking I can manually set the TransportOutDescription Object in the 
options. But I am not sure as to how to construct a valid object with all the 
required parameters.
