Does any body have any ideas why I'm getting the following error when calling an web service:
org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/codec/DecoderException at org.apache.axis2.description.OutInAxisOperationClient.send(OutInAxisOperation.java:271) at org.apache.axis2.description.OutInAxisOperationClient.execute(OutInAxisOperation.java:202) I do have the commons-codec-1.3.jar specified in the web-inf\lib folder.
