No you can not change this. Why want to do so?
Well if you care to go down in to the templates and customize them,
then you can. But just as Amila said it is not possible from a
commandline switch. I am also curious to know why this is needed :)
May be Joe wants to use a different data binding.

Wsdl2java has a -ssi option which generate an interface for
the service implementation only not for other generated classes.
