Can anybody help on the below issue?

This service works fine on JBOS and exception is raised in the Glassfish (v9.1). I am using Axis2 1.2. Also using ADB data binding and axis2 code generation tools to generate the WSDL and stub class. The Element msgID is nillable="true" (even with minoccurs = "0"). Still service is expecting the value for msgID. Please help me in resolving the issue.
