Here's an example of how to change the endpoint in Axis2:
MyServiceStub stub = new MyServiceStub();
EndpointReference endpointReference = new
EndpointReference("https://my.new.host:1234/some/path/to/my/service";);
stub._getServiceClient().getOptions().setTo(endpointReference);
