The WSDL seems ok, maybe the path in which the WSDL and the XSD are
contains spaces and WSDL2Java doesn't like that?
Try to switch to a path without spaces.
It would be useful to know the full path instead of
"file:/C:/..../META-INF/testService.wsdl", to see which is the character
at index 42...
