Well the auto generated WSDL generates all types with minoccurs=o and
nillable =true. Thats the way it does it and may be this decision was taken
after discussions over the mailing list (I'm not sure about that though). In
any case this is the best way to override default behavior (supply your own
WSDL). And mind you  many people are happy with this default behavior so you
cant really complain ;).
