Hi Amila,

as far as I know, you loose your environment when executing something as
superuser (sudo).

You could try something like:

sudo JAVA_HOME="/home/amila/programes/jdk1.6.0_06" java2wsdl.sh -cp .
- -cn samples.quickstart.service.pojo.StockQuoteService -of
StockQuoteService.wsdl
