When switching to ws-policy from basic security I noticed that policy
attached to messages does not get picked up by wsdl2java and added to
the client Stub code. The policy at the binding level is added to the
Stub operations. It is easy enough to edit the Stub code after it is
generated to add the message specific stuff (e.g. sp:SignedParts), but
it would be nice if wsld2java did it all.
