Hi Chris

in $TOMCAT_HOME/webapps/axis2/axis2.xml you should see a port specifier such as
    <transportReceiver name='http' 
class='org.apache.axis2.transport.http.SimpleHTTPServer'>
        <parameter name='port'>8080</parameter>
