this question comes up quite often and back when I recherched it myself I found quite some hits with outdated (or maybe simply wrong) information. Can the answer be added to the Axis2 FAQ http://ws.apache.org/axis2/faq.html and / or to the documentation that accompanies each Axis2 release? (Since the list presumably depends on the Axis2 version, the latter one may be a better place.) Should I open a JIRA ticket for this?
