Problem solved :
In Axis2.xml I've set the wrong Builder :
<messageBuilder contentType="multipart/related"
class="org.apache.axis2.builder.MultipartFormDataBuilder" />
instead of :
<messageBuilder contentType="multipart/related"
class="org.apache.axis2.builder.MIMEBuilder" />
