axis2 | wsa issue

Hi,

             In some of my axis2 request I am getting the following elements 
appended in SOAP header and sometimes its getting appearing in the request SOAP 
xml. Can any one please throw some light on this?

         <wsa:To> endpoint </wsa:To>
        <wsa:MessageID>urn:uuid:A4C0CCA2DEDEF783EB1236596328532</wsa:MessageID>
        <wsa:Action> url </wsa:Action>
