It seems that the WS-Addressing Endpoint Unavailable fault is not handled by Axis2, is it?

Hi, it seems that the WS-Addressing Endpoint Unavailable fault is not
handled by Axis2, am I wrong?
I'm specially concerned about it's RetryAfter property, is there any
reason for it not to be handled?
