Hi all! New version of Axis2 1.5 Release Candidate is ready, including a) NOTICE/LICENSE files in the jars, b) some JiBX fixes from Dennis, c) some fixes from Amila, d) a README which is more clear about building from scratch. Please check it out if you get a chance, and let me know if there are any issues. If I don't hear anything back I'll start a VOTE early next week to accept these bits as 1.5 proper.
