Hi,
AFAIK you do not need the WSDD if you use Axis2. You just need to create the
AAR file of the WS. Then you can copy it into the e.g.:

apache-tomcat-5.5.27\webapps\axis2\WEB-INF\services folder.

Anyway, the WS will be deployed when you start the server.
