Can axis2-1.5 use rampart-1.4

Hi there-

When I am trying to engage "rampart" module, the module does not exist in
the axis configuration.
The "rahas" is loaded but not the "rampart".
This was not the case when I was using 1.4.1 release.
Is axis2-1.5 add the "rampart" 1.4 module into the faultModuleList and
ignoring it?
