Axis2 and .Net Interoperability for MTOM

Hi,
Can anyone tell me is Axis2 MTOM  completely Interoperable with .Net ? I am
trying to build a service using Axis2 and will have a .Net Client
probably..Any inputs or suggestions would be greatly appreciated..
