Hi Chris, I had a similar problem some time ago. Actually the links are not valid that you get from the apache download site because Axis went from version 1.4 to 1.4.1 and that also changed the url to the downloads. But the links are not changed to that. You can get the downloads when you take the download link and delete everything including and behind "1.4" and follow the folder structure. For example http://apache.autinity.de/ws/axis2/tools/1_4_1/ has everything you want.
