having
problems deploying WebServices. I have tried both the package in a .jar and
place it in the lib directory and unpackaged in the classes directory. Both
approaches yeild the following fault:

- java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:
com.capitalstream.event.EventService
Permissions are wide open.
