The WSDL file is just another file, so simply plop it in your config/axis directory (or public_html, etc.) and as long as your <service> section at the end of your WSDL file is correct you should be good to go.No one ever said a service WSDL has to retrieved using ?WSDL!I had to do this because the automatically generated WSDL files did not include any of my bean definitions.
