I downloaded the beta1 rc1 last night and I found that the axis.jar does not contain the org.apache.axis.encoding.JAF*.class(es).
Hence, it does not make the javac compiler happy when I tried to build the "Attachments" sample. Location: samples.attachments.EchoAttachment.java Best, Pae
