Serializer / Deserializer for Sequence

We used the third party tool (JGL) as the lib of Array, ArrayList, 
Map,  Sequence, ....
These types are used in our java beans. Do I need to write the 
Serializer/Deserializer
for these types, such as Sequence, before I use Axis beanMapping? Any examples?
