I noticed on the CVS repository there is an Axis-C++ in the contrib
directory. Reading the documentation it looks like just a SOAP client
library, no WSDL2C tool. Is there any more information on this project?

Specifically, I am interested in a WSDL2C tools. WASP for C++ actually
uses a Java program to generate C code. Apparently gSOAP needs a C++
header file in combination with WSDL to generate client code. What other
tools are available for C, other than .NET Visual Studio?

cheers,
        Simon
