Over the last few weeks I have been researching Axis/Tomcat for our
customers use. They would obviously require the Tomcat and Axis files
(which have AFAIK no distribution limitations) but these also seem to
require the full Sun Java JDK which Sun has a non-distribution clause on
which present a problem as I cant seem to get axis/tomcat working correctly
on the JRE which I can distribute.

So the question is two fold :

1) I am correct in assuming that Sun does not allow 3rd party distribution
of its JDK.

2) If point 1 is correct, is there anyway of get Axis/Tomcat to work on the
distributable JRE

Thanks in advance
