Attachment problem / Get no message back

Hello ,

i hope anyone can help me....

The problem is that I get'nt  back any attachment I send to axis.....
I always get the message in tcpmon
Internal server error
  No data

I have activation.jar and mail.jar  at the classpath...

Any ideas ????
