HTTP WSDL Binding

Axis WSDL2JAVA seems to silently fail to do anything useful with this
WSDL:

http://www.prescod.net/rest/GoogleHTTP.wsdl

Is it expected that the HTTP GET and POST bindings will be available for
the final release?
