you would need to create a Transport to do what you want.  If you look at
alphaworks.ibm.com at there webservices toolkit there is support for httpr
which is a reliable http using MqSeries and I think it supports JMS.  I
have created a Transport that uses the AMI api.  The AMI protocol is a
standard for messaging that is not tied to Java.

Can anyone tell me if AXIS provides a simply way of using JMS as the SOAP
transport layer instead of HTTP?  If not, are there any plans for this?
