You can have a look at:

Systinet WASP JavaScript SOAP Client enables Web Service scripting using
JavaScript. JavaScript serves as a powerful scripting language for flexible
Web Service automation. WASP JavaScript SOAP Client may be used directly in
a browser without any useless server-side HTTP invocations. It also allows
the scripting of Web Services with server-side JavaScript code.
Developer uses the WSDL2Java compiler to generate all neccessary HTML and
JavaScript sources from the Web Service WSDL file.
Currently WASP JavaScript SOAP Client for Internet Explorer is available.
Please visit the requirements page to see all the components that are
required to successfully run WASP JavaScript SOAP Client.
Systinet is currently porting WASP JavaScript SOAP Client to other
JavaScript-enabled browsers (e.g. Mozilla).

The tool generates html and javascript client from the wsdl.
I doesn't seem to work with the <import> element of the wsd neither with
the <restriction> element...
