Deploy Error

Hi,       My tomcat server is running on port 7080. When I am trying to deploy some wsdd file to axis server, it is throwing Connection refused error. By default it is taking the port as 8080 i.e., the default URL taken for deployment is http://localhost:8080/axis/services/AdminService but in actual it has to take http://localhost:7080/axis/services/AdminService.   Can any one tell me how to set the new URL through the Command line input to the AdminClient for deployment?   Thanks, santhosh
