Hi all,
Just thought I'd share something I discovered when attempting to port our
application (which uses AXIS as its web service engine) to WebSphere 4.0.1
from WebLogic 6.1
WebSphere has its own xerces.jar in ${server-root}/lib directory. I dunno
what version it is but it was causing axis some problems. I initially tried
to replace it with xerces-2_0_1 but Websphere could'nt parse its config
file. Then I attempted to use 1_4_4 and it seems to now be working fine.
