Well, I'm writing one at the moment... effectively a simplified version
of CosNotification, with additional metadata and a few twirly bits to
make it compliant with the Open Grid Services Architecture notification
spec (somewhat of a moving target that one...).
As we're doing this under an open source license (yet to be determined
exactly which one) and hoping to push this into OGSA (when I hear back
from the head of that project), and we're running on a very short
timescale because we really need this software, it might be of use to you?
