Hi,

we have the same problem using axis 1.0. The strange thing is that the
deployment (and web service) is working on windows NT (with tomcat and JVM
1.4.x ) without any problems. Then trying to deploy exactly the same web
service on a linux machine (with tomcat and JVM 1.3.x) the error occurs.

We made the deployment work with a trick on the linux machine. Afterwards
it's possible to send a request exactly once, but not another request
directly after the first request. After waiting a few minutes (5-10 min)
you can send one request again. Meanwhile we made some more tests with JVM
1.4 on the linux machine: Things are getting a better a little bit, but the
problem is stil the same: Sometimes the web-services is working sometimes
not.

I hope the hint might help (Maybe its not a axis but a tomcat- or
JVM-problem(?)).

Many Thanks for any help.
