Returning a dom from a method?

Hi,

I'm still a bit stuck with trying to get Axis to set the literalXML attribute when I return an Element from a method. It instead makes up its own namespace for it, which appears to confuse other implementations. The interop tests I've seen don't seem to mention swapping literal XML, they focus on the primitive datatypes. If nobody seems to know here I'll ask in the developer list instead.
