Hi Frank,

Thanks for responding.  Hope you can help.  after going threw all 7 steps and typing

java samples.stock.GetQuote -lhttp://localhost:2003/axis/servlet/AxisServlet

I get an exception in thread main no class def found...  error.  I am on port 2003 and yes have tried it without the user and password if that's what the last part of that is.  Feel free to call me at 312-461-7946 if this would be easier to help me.  Thanks again.
