How to embed AXIS into another application

Hi All,

I am new to AXIS, I have an application running 24 hours a day, I would like to embed AXIS in to my application. I have some doubts.

1. Is it possible to embed AXIS in to my application? If yes, any one here can explain how to embed AXIS in to another application?
2. How can I deploy a web service within the application?
3. How can I register custom type within the application?
