JMS with Axis

Guys,
I have the following scenario.

WebLogicServer Servlet ---> Another WebLogic Server. Both have
AXIS1.0 running on them.

Now i need to do some actions async from the 1st WL servlet. I
suppose i can use JMS transport of Axis1.0 and publish message so
that the JMS listeners in second weblogic server can do actions
async. Am i right?? Please clarify.
