Caveat - I have nothing to do with Apache/AXIS' testing of Interop - I just
know about those test/results pages from my own testing against it.

I believe the ApacheSOAP and AXIS destination services/servers for the
Interop tests has been down for a couple months though.  So, where you see
"down" for AXIS/ApacheSOAP in those tables it's because ApacheSOAP/AXIS
Interop clients can't test against AXIS/ApacheSOAP Services/Servers.  The
rest of the table entries are AXIS and ApacheSOAP "CLIENTS" making interop
service calls to other vendors' Interop services.
