No luck yet. Is there anything else I need to do to configure these global handlers? Has anyone had this problem?

Thanks,

KP

Hi,

try to define the type with the full package name like this:
<handler name="URLMapper" type="java:org.apache.axis.handlers.http.URLMapper"/>

Regards

Oliver

Betreff: Global Request Handler

I am trying to see if someone can help me with making this work. I defined
this global handler in the deployment descriptor. After deployment, axis
restart, these handlers do not get invoked on during axis client and axis
server communication. Is there anything I need to do to activate this global
handler? Since its global I assume I do not need to configure individual
service to use this handler?

<globalconfiguration>
<requestFlow>
<handler type="java:GlobalRequestHandler"/>
</requestFlow>
</globalconfiguration>
