James, I don't see a reason why you couldn't build a WSRP service with Axis. WSRP is built on SOAP, and Axis provides a SOAP 1.1 and 1.2 compliant SOAP platform. Are you asking for a WSRP framework based on Axis -- something that auto-generates WSRP interfaces?
