This functionality is not implemented yet.  The main thing holding us back is the implementation of a JMS URL syntax.  We have a proposal that we submitted awhile back that we intend to implement.  However other priorities have taken precedence for some time now.  When we are able to resume serious Axis work, this will be one of the first tasks that we tackle before we move on to the asynchronous client API.

You should be able to generate stubs using HTTP as the transport and modify the generated files to use a JMS transport instead.  Let me know if this works out for you.

Thanks,
Jaime
