This isn't supported by WSDL2Java.
If it was, it would be an Axis specific
JMS binding that no other WSDL tools would understand. There are no standards
(or even specifications) for a JMS binding.
It would be great if the Sonic Software
people who are doing the Axis JMS work could come up with a WSDL extenstion to
support this and try and get buy-in from other vendors.

The JMS example does not
rely on the WSDL of the service to make the call. It uses the dynamic
JAX-RPC style to call the service and sets up everything manually before
invoking.
