Try to "copy" .NET WebService

Hi all,   I’m working in one Project where i have to comunicate to a .NET WS of another company. During the development... i have to check this communicati�n...and i have 2 options...   1.-Copy the WS of the other company.   2.- Create a new WS develop with AXIS with the SAME interface.
